Someone at GataTot reads every request before it goes anywhere, and chooses the service providers themselves. Nothing is sent automatically.
Up to three get in touch
Matching service providers see the job and decide for themselves. Whoever takes it contacts you directly - three at most, so your phone doesn't ring all day.
Who gets your phone number
We ask for it right at the end, and we send you a code to make sure it's really yours. Until you enter that code, nothing has been created and nothing has been sent to anyone.
Service providers see the job, the area and roughly how far away it is. They don't see your name, your number or your exact address.
A service provider only gets your details after paying for them, and no more than three ever can.
